On April 13, 2019, the first staff congress of the fourth session of the Company was held in the conference room on the ninth floor. The meeting was presided over by Liu Zhonghao, Executive Vice General Manager. The company's leaders who attended the meeting included Comrade Chen Yuyong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Secretary of the Party Branch, and Chairman of the Trade Union, Comrade Chen Zhong.

      There were 51 staff representatives at the workers' congress, representing the employees of all departments and workshops of the company and trade union members. The newly revised Employee Manual was reviewed and approved at the conference. The conference was always full of unity, democracy and harmony, creating a new situation for the work of the workers' congress of our company.

      The meeting pointed out that the company has entered a period of high-quality development. In order to adapt to the development of the enterprise, a complete modern enterprise management system must be established. The Employee Manual formulated by the Company is based on the Labor Law, and has been improved, revised and listened to opinions and suggestions from many parties. Today, the Employee Manual was reviewed and approved by the staff meeting. The entire process not only guaranteed the rights and interests of the employee representatives, but also enabled each representative to fully understand their rights and obligations, which is conducive to the joint development of employees and the Company.

      At last, Chairman Chen encouraged everyone to work together for the development of the company. The company will create a better future for its employees. The trade union will continue to serve everyone well and protect the rights and interests of employees.
